Why are you offering this ACH service and do I need to use it?

Green Mountain Floral Supply (GMFS) is rounding out the ways we accept payments by adding this convenient, user-friendly, secure option for our customers.  It is not replacing any of the ways we currently accept payments nor is using this service a requirement.

 

Is there a fee to utilize this service?

No, there are no customer fees to use this service.

 

Is my payment secure?

Yes!  We are partnering with our business bank to offer this secure payment option.

 

Do I need to create an account to use this service?

Creation of an account is not required with the one-time payment option.  If you would like to create an account, choose Enroll on the bottom of the confirmation screen of your first one-time payment.  By creating an account you can save payment methods, view payment history and make payments quicker and easier.

 

What is the acceptable payment method for this service?

ACH from your bank account.  If you are interested in making a payment by credit card or a different payment method, please contact our bookkeeping office at 802-865-4447 or

bookkeeping@gmfsi.com.

 

Can I enter a credit card as a payment method?

No, not with this service.  If you would like to pay by credit card, please contact our bookkeeping office at 802-865-4447 or bookkeeping@gmfsi.com.

 

How fast does the transaction/transfer occur?

Payments confirmed before 7:00 PM EST will be posted on the same day. Payments confirmed after 7:00 PM EST will be posted on the next business day.

 

Can I view my GMFS invoices or account balance?

Not with this service.  To access your GMFS invoices and account information, send a request to:  https://greenmountainflorist.epicor-inet.com/

 

If I made an error while making a payment with this service, what should I do?

Call or email our bookkeeping office right away at 802-865-4447 or bookkeeping@gmfsi.com and we can take care of any error.
